Unless expressly stated otherwise, vendors remain responsible for their submitted products, originality representations, licensing eligibility, and applicable creator obligations.
Products distributed through Tacticool Art are digital goods.
Products may include digital artwork, vector files, creative assets, commercially usable designs, tactical or military-inspired artwork, and related downloadable materials.
No physical delivery is required unless expressly stated.
Tacticool Art operates under a platform-managed licensing framework.
Vendors select product categories or license models, while the platform administers the corresponding buyer-facing licensing structure.
Marketplace licensing may include:
Purchasing a product grants usage rights according to the applicable license terms.
Purchases do not automatically transfer copyright ownership unless a separate ownership transfer agreement has been completed.
Marketplace purchases may be processed through approved payment providers or payment systems.
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate payment information and complying with applicable transaction requirements.
Tacticool Art may review, restrict, delay, investigate, suspend, or refuse transactions where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, licensing, legal, marketplace, or operational purposes.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing applicable product information, licensing terms, restrictions, and permitted usage scope before purchasing or commercially deploying a product.

Vendors are expected to comply with marketplace standards, licensing rules, originality expectations, and applicable platform policies.
By participating as a vendor, sellers represent and warrant that submitted products are original, authorized, or otherwise legally eligible for marketplace distribution.
Vendors remain responsible for product representations, licensing eligibility, and applicable seller obligations.
Tacticool Art recognizes the importance of buyer trust in Exclusive licensing transactions.
Vendors listing Exclusive products are expected to comply with Exclusive marketplace obligations.
If a buyer discovers a suspected exclusivity conflict, duplicate Exclusive sale, unauthorized relicensing, or related integrity concern, the buyer may submit an Exclusive Integrity Claim for platform review.
Verified integrity breaches may result in buyer protection measures, including possible refund eligibility, corrective actions, marketplace remedies, and seller enforcement outcomes.
Ownership transfer is not automatically included with standard marketplace purchases.
Eligible buyers may request ownership transfer through applicable marketplace procedures.
Ownership transfer requests may require platform review, vendor approval, negotiation, and separate written agreement requirements.
Tacticool Art, its branding, marketplace systems, content, design elements, logos, and platform materials remain protected intellectual property.
Vendor-submitted artwork remains owned by the applicable creator or rights holder unless ownership transfer has been formally completed.
Users may not misuse, infringe, copy, reverse engineer, unlawfully reproduce, or improperly exploit protected marketplace materials.
Users must not:
Tacticool Art reserves the right to administer marketplace operations, licensing systems, moderation, enforcement actions, investigations, account review procedures, integrity handling, and applicable policy implementation.
Platform determinations may consider available evidence, marketplace records, investigation findings, operational considerations, and reasonable administrative judgment.
The platform is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tacticool Art does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability, error-free functionality, permanent marketplace access, or universal suitability for every intended use case.
Except where required by applicable law, Tacticool Art shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, business, reputational, or comparable losses arising from platform use, marketplace activity, licensing disputes, third-party conduct, payment issues, operational interruptions, or related matters.
Tacticool Art may suspend, restrict, remove, moderate, review, or terminate accounts, listings, products, marketplace participation, licensing privileges, payouts, or related access where reasonably necessary.
This may include circumstances involving fraud, marketplace abuse, licensing violations, integrity concerns, legal requirements, security risks, or serious policy breaches.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws determined by Tacticool Art’s governing jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
Tacticool Art may update, modify, revise, or replace these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the platform following updated publication may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
